Hosted by the Future Ready Food Safety Hub (FRESH), this webinar discussed how Singapore’s novel food regulatory framework has evolved since its launch and how the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) works with partners in the novel food ecosystem to continually improving the framework (e.g., with recent updates in Sep 2022) and ensuring that food safety keeps pace with the evolution of the novel food industry.
This webinar also discussed how the framework has supported the regulatory approval for the sale of cultivated chicken and other novel food products in Singapore, and what the industry can look forward to in the year ahead.
